Train team members to provide strong customer support, teaching best sales techniques and product knowledge Provide customers with a warm welcome, help them find items, answer questions and explain product details Coordinate store activities and tasks with management Keep the store running smoothly and ensure outstanding customer service Achieve personal sales goals Share information necessary to achieve joint sales goals Mobilize team and create a positive work environment fostering excellence Bring vision, mission and brand culture to life, sharing them with the team Demonstrate leadership, act as inspiring role model Build high‑performance team : recruit, prepare and train next generation employees, source best candidates Manage team members' absences / lateness Create an attractive, inviting store based on planograms Stay on top of competition Reflect brand image to build steady, loyal customer base Help plan incoming orders and ensure efficient visual displays Help maintain look and cleanliness of store and backstore Analyze sales, in‑store traffic and productivity reports and share results with team Open and close store Respect and apply policies and procedures of head office departments Perform other duties to support team Mid‑Senior level Full‑time Other Retail
