Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to the restaurant's menu and standards.
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that all dishes are prepared efficiently and to the highest quality.
• Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and place orders as necessary to ensure availability.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
• Able to address dietary concerns.
