We are hiring for on-call Snow Plow Operator in Windsor, ON!

• $22 per hour
• On-Call Availability : Nights, Weekends, Holidays

Responsibilities :

Safely operate snow removal equipment including snow plow trucks, front-end loaders, skid steers, and salt spreaders

Apply salt, sand, or de-icing materials to roads, parking lots, sidewalks, and other surfaces

Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow and ice events

Perform routine safety checks and maintenance on equipment

Communicate effectively with team members about road conditions and work progress

Maintain accurate logs of work performed, materials used, and hours worked

Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations to ensure public and employee safety

Requirements :

Valid Class DZ or AZ driver’s license

Minimum 3 years experience operating heavy equipment or commercial vehicles (snow plow experience preferred)

On-call availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during weather events

Strong knowledge of road safety protocols

Physical stamina to operate equipment for extended periods and perform manual tasks

Punctual, reliable, and safety-focused

Clean driving record preferred
