We are looking for people with a history of success as a 360 recruiter and who want to keep growing with additional support.

About the role

• Identify and hunt new business opportunities with respect to using Harbinger Network as a 3rd party recruiter to fill vacancies
• Lead the development of new opportunities to grow your own portfolio
• Leverage our well-established client database for you to hit the ground running
• Work closely with clients and build on a trusting relationship in order to win more business
• Have full access to resources and team members to help fill your client Vacancies
• Collaborate with the Team to ensure the right individuals are presented with the right opportunities

About you

• 10+ years Staffing industry experience as a Recruiter or Business Development Manager/Account Manager - Specific to Mechanical and/or Electrical Contracting sectors in Manitoba
• Strong business development skills with a relationship-based approach
• Hold a track record of demonstrated sales success
• Highly motivated, resilient and driven to achieve quality service and delivery
• Exceptional relationship building and great communication skills
