Job Description

Internal Job Title : Cloud Ops Administrator | Work Hours : Monday to Friday, standard hours with on-call rotation

Position Summary

As a Cloud Ops Administrator you will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and managing the cloud instances of CBN solutions for our North American customers. In this position you will manage and provide ongoing support to ensure they remain highly available, reliable, and secure.

Core Responsibilities

• Cloud Administration

Install, configure, and maintain services, instance nodes, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.

Monitor system and database instances performance, identify issues, and optimize performance.

Implement and manage security measures to protect systems and databases instances from unauthorized access and threats.

Develop and implement backup and recovery plans to ensure services and instances are ready and available 24 / 7 and on demand.

Provide technical support for systems and instances in test and production environments.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system and database configurations, changes, processes, and procedures.
