We are currently looking to fill the following positions : Senior Interior Designer Role Requirements : As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be accountable for : Maintaining client relationship, client communication and client satisfaction Facilitating and conducting meetings, presentations and site visits Collaborating with clients and Design Directors to review designs; provide clear and concise feedback. Executing the Interior Design process for an entire project consistent with project’s program, budget and time constraints Assist Design Directors and Leads with managing various design teams throughout Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Tender phases. Assist with Project Management and consultant coordination  Qualifications / Skills :  Has a minimum of 8 years of experience, with strong understanding of the entertainment industryExperience working in Restaurant and Retail design Has an accredited degree / diploma in Interior Design Is proficient in AutoCad, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite programs Proficient with quality renderings of floor plans and elevations for presentation packages Capable of preparing working drawings (Schematic Design and Design Development) Space planning, conceptual design and research materials / finishes as required Excellent knowledge of design documentation, detailing, building materials Detailed oriented and able to manage and assist with millwork drawings and specifications  Knowledge of other 3D visualizations programs such as Blender, 3DS Max, Rhino, Lumion etc. is beneficial Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to clients.Understand and apply building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction.Quality Control : Review and approve drawings, specifications, and documentation before submission.Facilitate Interdisciplinary Coordination : Act as the primary point of contact between the interior design team and other disciplines, ensuring clear and effective communication. Ensure there is adequate and consistent documentation of all communication.
