Description de posteProvide a top-notch guest experience Prepare our world-famous chicken at the highest quality standards Serve beverages, cook fresh and frozen products according to specifications Maintain a safe and clean environment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction Cash handling, reconciling cash and daily paperwork Manage financial controls, operations, people development, customer service, and compliance Maintain and order inventory and supplies Train and develop Team Members and Shift Managers to achieve operational excellence Address in-store issues and communicate plans to the team Ensure all staff follow health, safety, and security codes Have friendly, dependable qualities and a positive attitude Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment Possess organizational skills with the ability to multitask Enjoy working flexible shifts, including weekends and nights Set high standards for yourself and the team – keeping things clean, safe, and fun for everyone Are a natural leader who values customers and champions teamwork Enjoy teaching and motivating others Want to learn how to run great restaurants from experienced managers Have experience leading a team towards common goals
