Role Description

This full-time BC Sales Representative role is based in Mission, BC, with a hybrid work model, accommodating a mix of on-site and on road work. The primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, driving sales of Valley Bath & Kitchen product offerings, and achieving sales targets. The representative will also conduct market research, attend networking events and trade shows, propose innovative solutions to customer needs, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Business Development with skills in client relationship management and effective negotiation to achieve sales goals.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in Market Research to identify new opportunities and expand customer bases.
• Understanding of Product Knowledge, particularly in the bath and acrylic industry, to effectively assist customers and promote products.
• Ability to organize and participate in Networking Events and Trade Shows to represent Valley Acrylic’s brand professionally.
• Self-motivated with excellent Time Management and Task Prioritization skills for hybrid work settings.
• Experience or interest in environmentally sustainable practices and products is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
• Previous sales experience in the construction, design, or home improvement industry is a plus.
