A career as a senior advisor in Private Banking 1859’s Expertise Centre team at National Bank means helping to support the PB1859 team and clients. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your communication and analytical skills and your experience in financial planning.

Your job :

Support the expert advisors of the expertise center with the coordination of financial planning and questions received

Analyze the information and documents received to produce the plan (questions, missing documents, balance sheet, estate balance sheet, estate liquidity, start of indexation

Supporting and actively participating in sector initiatives

Assist with communications and follow-ups in the various applications and files in progress

Support PB1859 advisors with the use of our various internal tools (Advice Suite, Tips for Life, etc.).

Your team :

Within the Commercial and Private Banking 1859 sector, you are part of a team of 9 colleagues and report to the Senior Director of this Expertise center. Our team stands out for its multidisciplinary knowledge. The way of working is hybrid so you will divide your time between meeting clients in business centers, working from home and sometimes in the office. Occasionally, you will be required to attend events outside of regular business hours.

Basic requirements :

Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity

Be a member of the IQPF

Have 3 or more years of experience in the field of integrated financial planning

Recognized expertise in integrated financial planning

Strong analytical and recommending skills in the context of evaluating financial issues (ability to combine the subtleties of the different areas of financial planning)

Communication skills and integrity

Ease in using Excel (and Microsoft Office suite tools)
