Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our Mississauga facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, supporting production continuity, and fostering a strong safety and food safety culture.

This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional looking to take ownership of team leadership, preventive maintenance strategy, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily maintenance operations and personnel.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability.
• Perform and support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with Production and Operations to resolve equipment challenges and reduce downtime.
• Manage spare parts inventory and support procurement planning.
• Coach, train, and mentor maintenance team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and maintenance reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience supervising maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical background in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance systems.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.
• Solid understanding of Canadian occupational health and safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Trade certification (Millwright, Electrician) or technical diploma/degree preferred.
• Experience in food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing is an asset.
• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP standards is considered an advantage.

Working Environment

• Manufacturing and warehouse setting.
