We are currently seeking a Body Shop Painter to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.
Purpose / Summary of Position :
- The Body Shop Painter is required to perform skilled tasks in the prepping and refinishing of vehicles. He / she restores vehicles to their original appearance. He / she uses hand tools and power tools to mask, prep for paint and refinish all damaged surfaces. The Body Shop Painter works with a variety of refinishing materials, hand tools as well as masking materials. The Body Shop Painter is responsible for the health and safety within the refinish department. Work assignments will be received in the form of oral or written work orders, but the employee is expected to determine the nature and extent of needed refinishing.
- This role is responsible for following established processes and procedures for their role and achieving targeted goals and objectives. This role is responsible for ongoing collaboration with fellow team members; driving sales and improving efficiencies whenever possible.
