Job Title : REQ21307 - Business Analyst Level 3 Business Days : 472 days
Closing Date / Time : December 23rd, 2024, 10 : 30 AM EST Office Location : In Fredericton, Remote Contract Duration : Asap until 25-Jan-2027 end date (Possibility for extension and conversion to FT) Standard Hours per day : 7.5 hours work dayNote : The location of work will be remote , but the proponents should be able to travel to the province of New Brunswick at least once a month throughout the project duration.
Deliverables The successful proponents must deliver the following, to successfully complete the engagement :
Detailed review of existing business requirements.Collaborate with clinical experts to gather input and insights for the development and refinement of clinical standards.Design and develop facilitation sessions to validate the existing requirements and collect net new business and information technology requirement, including gap analysis.Create and maintain detailed process and solution documentation, including workflows, use cases, user guides, and training materials, to ensure seamless adoption of clinical standards.Conduct comprehensive analysis of business and client requirements to support the development, operations, and deployment of the clinical standardization project; recommend and implement solutions to achieve defined objectives, monitoring their effectiveness.Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure the smooth delivery and implementation of the clinical standardization project, including effective communication plans for stakeholders.The individual will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete the Department's Privacy Training prior to commencing the assignment.

Support the software development team.Work with both client and development team members to elicit requirements, write user stories, define goals, document requirements, and analyze business functions to become familiar with the business domain.Identify business work flows and determine stakeholder needs.Author test case specifications, requirements traceability documentation, and contribute to the compilation and execution of test plans.Support and contribute to the Agile practices adopted by the development team.Qualification Bachelor Degree Job Related Sector(s) Business Analyst Experience
