Senior CRM Test Engineer - API testing & debugging

Job Description

• Minimum 5 years of directly related work experience in Software Quality Engineering
• API testing & debugging (Any RestClient & Charles exposure a must)
• Experience working in Agile development environment, ideally with distributed team.
• Sufficient exposure to sprint-by-sprint test planning, execution, & releases.
• Experience in creating, providing and reviewing Test Estimations, Project / Sprint Planning effort.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views)
• Strong working knowledge on Microsoft Field services
• Hands on with D customer service
• Knowledge on Power Platform components like Power apps, Power Automate flow, Canvas Apps
• Working knowledge on D marketing (Customer Journeys)
• Experience with API testing in Dynamics CRM, using tools like Postman, Swagger

MUST HAVES :

Microsoft certified : Dynamics Fundamentals(CRM) or relevant Microsoft Dynamics certifications
