Description de posteGroup insurance plan Three (3) to five (5) paid personal days (depending on the position) Minimum of 2% employer contribution to your RRSP Previous team management experience in a retail environment Loves clothing that celebrates feel‑good femininity (e.g., lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear) Natural leader who knows how to motivate a team Sociable, a good communicator and a strong team player Actively listens to the needs of both customers and team members Sets goals for self and achieves them with team help Proactive and conscientious Seeking a career with constant new challenges Open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods (depending on availability) Functionally bilingual (an asset) Train team members to provide strong customer support—teach sales techniques and product knowledge Provide customers with a warm welcome and help them find everything they need—answer questions and explain products (quality, materials, technical features) Coordinate store activities and tasks with the management team Maintain smooth store operation and ensure outstanding customer service Achieve personal sales goals (training will be provided to help) Share necessary information with the team to achieve joint sales goals Mobilize the team and create a positive work environment that fosters excellence and pride in the La Vie en Rose team Bring vision, mission, and brand culture to life and share with the team Demonstrate leadership as an inspiring role model Build a high‑performance team—recruit, prepare, train next‑generation employees, and source best candidates Manage team members’ absences and lateness Create an attractive and inviting store based on planograms Stay aware of competitive activity Reflect brand image to build steady, loyal customer base Help plan incoming orders and set up efficient visual displays Help maintain store and back‑store look and cleanliness Analyze sales, in‑store traffic, and productivity reports and share results with the team Open and close the store Respect and apply policies and procedures of various head office departments Perform other duties to support the team
