GENERAL PURPOSE OF THIS JOB

Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager the Business Technology Specialist is a key driver in how Cementation evolves into a more connected data-driven and digitally enabled organization responsible for developing supporting and implementing new technology and business processes across different departments. This role focuses on digital transformation initiatives business process re-engineering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

This is not a traditional IT or analyst role nor is it a position with a predictable daily routine. It is built for someone who thrives in change takes ownership and is motivated by turning complex business challenges into practical digital solutions directly influencing how the company competes and performs in an increasingly digital industry. Success is defined by impact and adoption-not routine-making this role ideal for a high performer who wants to help shape the future of Cementation rather than maintain the status quo.

Working closely with operations contracting engineering finance HSE HR and leadership the Business Technology Specialist identifies process gaps re-engineers workflows and delivers technology-enabled solutions that improve efficiency visibility and decision-making.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

HEALTH AND SAFETY

• Work in compliance with all Health and Safety rules and regulations for Cementation
• Be aware of any health and safety hazards or infractions and report same to Health and Safety Department
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace including when working at project sites and in technologyrelated environments.
