Payroll SME

In this role you will…

• Process end-to-end monthly and yearly payroll processes for EMEA payroll countries (primarily the United Kingdom)
• Deliver timely and accurate payroll results aligned to Haleon global payroll standards and framework.
• Update and maintain payroll records (Joiners / Leavers / Changes) and payroll master data.
• Import / export payroll interface files
• Process all variable wage components like hours, bonuses, provision, capture of holidays, etc.
• Process payroll related allowances and deductions, delivering yearly bonus and merit cycle.
• Process payroll monthly and yearly reporting (with Tax Office, Pension Fund), provide input for Finance teams.
• Deal with financial controls, incl. SOX and operational controls maintained at a local country level, internal and external audits.
• Deliver on-time excellent service to Employees and stakeholders.
• Be a point of escalations for pay related employee queries.
• Implement continues improvements within functional area of payroll process.

Remuneration : 10 500 – 14 500 PLN gross / month, depending on the level of experience and competencies.
