Position : Customer Service Financial Sales Representative Key Responsibilities : Financial Analysis : Assess clients' expenses, income, insurance coverage, financial objectives, tax status, and risk tolerance to develop personalized financial plans.

Client Consultations : Discuss financial goals and strategies with clients, offering expert advice in areas like insurance coverage, investment planning, cash management, and tax-efficient strategies.

Account Management : Oversee client accounts such as TFSA , RRSP , RESP , FHSA , and RDSP .

Regularly review accounts to ensure they align with the clients' evolving financial objectives.

Document Preparation : Prepare and interpret financial summaries, investment performance reports, and income projections to guide clients in making informed decisions.

Plan Implementation : Help clients implement financial plans or refer them to trusted professionals for specialized services.

Client Relationship Management : Maintain regular communication with clients to monitor changes in their financial status and adjust plans accordingly.

Build and maintain a strong client base through ongoing relationship management.

Qualifications : Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.

Holding LLQP , CIFC , or CSC certifications is preferred.

Experience : Previous experience in financial services, sales, or customer service is advantageous.

Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of financial products and terminology.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and financial management tools.

Sales-driven, with strong negotiation and closing skills.

Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Other Requirements : Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance is asset.

Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
