Responsibilities
- Review, edit and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements;
- Assist in contractual review of construction contracts;
- Assist in contractual negotiations
- Assist in managing litigation files
- Reviewing and editing credit applications
- Case law and legislation research as required
- Manage contractual deadlines and notice requirements and contractual requirements
- Coordinating with outside counsel through the General Counsel
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to manage high volume of workload
- Negotiating with customers and vendors
- Willing to learn the specialty area of Construction Law
Technical Requirements
LLB or . and / or Accreditation from Federation of Law Societies (if applicable)1-5 years of experience in any area of LawAll licensing fees and CPD requirements will be paid by OSCOCandidates with 2 to 5 years of experience will be considered idealBusiness Requirements
Exceptional time management and organizational skillsDemonstrated experience setting and managing priorities with flexibility in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlinesCultural Requirements
