Retail Shift Leader – Canna Cabana

We are actively seeking a knowledgeable, responsible, hardworking, dedicated, and mature individual to join our team as a full‑time Shift Leader.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to store management in supervising and facilitating daily store operations.
• Act as a temporary store manager in the absence of the Store Manager (SM) or Assistant Store Manager (ASM).
• Manage personnel on shift, resolve customer service issues, and provide direction to all store associates as required.
• Maintain store conditions to established standards.
• Ensure staffing levels adequately meet business needs when requested.
• Lead sales and customer service activities and act as a role model when SM / ASM are absent.
• Greet and assist customers, modeling exemplary conduct.
• Enforce company policies and relevant legislation across all staff.
• Handle and, if necessary, elevate customer complaints.
• Adhere to health, safety, and security regulations and meet required standards on shift.
• Achieve sales targets and store‑level KPI’s and ensure employees pursue sales goals.
• Assist with inventory management and be accountable for inventory processes on shift.
