About The Job

A first in Canada : minimum Nurse‑to‑Patient Ratios (mNPR) are starting in B.C.! Interior Health, alongside other health authorities, is implementing mNPR as a transformative staffing solution that aims to improve the working environment of nurses in order to provide better quality care to our patients.

Shifts of work will be scheduled days and nights rotating from 07 : 00 to 19 : 00 and 19 : 00 to 07 : 00 hours.

About This Location

Located in Cranbrook, between Kimberley and Fernie, EKRH is a 75‑bed regional referral centre for patients and smaller community hospitals throughout the designated health service area. EKRH offers physician specialties, 24‑hour emergency and trauma services, acute medical and surgical and obstetrical care as well as lab services.
