Job Description

  • Ensuring resources are in place to perform the planned work (Parts, Labour, shop space etc.)
  • Developing and communicating the Weekly Maintenance plan and creating work orders as required
  • Ensuring open work orders meet required standard, and status is kept up to date; Manages work order backlog
  • Maintaining maintenance records with current Service and PM status
  • Preparing job plans for planned work
  • Coordinate with service technicians and mechanics to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
  • Prioritize equipment service based on usage, condition, and criticality.
  • Organizing resources in advance to ensure efficient execution of planned work
  • Completing adhoc reports and projects as requested
  • Qualifications

  • 2 years experience relating to fleet maintenance
  • Proficiency using Maximo for data entry
  • Thorough knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures
  • Proven experience with invoices and payment processing
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detailed working knowledge of planning tools (JD Edwards, SAP, MS Office Package, etc)
  • Detailed working knowledge of scheduling tools
