Job Description
Ensuring resources are in place to perform the planned work (Parts, Labour, shop space etc.)Developing and communicating the Weekly Maintenance plan and creating work orders as requiredEnsuring open work orders meet required standard, and status is kept up to date; Manages work order backlogMaintaining maintenance records with current Service and PM statusPreparing job plans for planned workCoordinate with service technicians and mechanics to ensure timely servicing and repairs.Prioritize equipment service based on usage, condition, and criticality.Organizing resources in advance to ensure efficient execution of planned workCompleting adhoc reports and projects as requestedQualifications
2 years experience relating to fleet maintenanceProficiency using Maximo for data entryThorough knowledge of maintenance practices and proceduresProven experience with invoices and payment processingExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenDetailed working knowledge of planning tools (JD Edwards, SAP, MS Office Package, etc)Detailed working knowledge of scheduling tools
