Your Role
The Senior Analyst will be pivotal in ensuring the robust and efficient operation of the MAX Self‑Serve platform, driving adoption, enhancing usability, and fostering continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Prompt and Effective Support: Respond to all inquiries submitted through the MAX platform in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This includes but is not limited to troubleshooting issues, providing guidance on platform features, and escalating complex problems as needed.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to facilitate client adoption of the MAX platform. Provide hands‑on assistance during the sales cycle, offering product expertise, and developing resources that aid in understanding and integration of the platform.
- Tailored Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations for both prospective and existing clients, showcasing the range of platform capabilities, highlighting value propositions and addressing specific client needs.
- Up‑to‑date Sales Materials: Maintain and update all sales materials, including presentations, brochures, and data sheets, to ensure accuracy.
- Sales‑Related Assignments: Provide assistance to leadership on various sales‑related assignments and initiatives, including the accurate assignment of IALs and other tasks that contribute to the efficiency of the sales department.
- Webinar Planning & Facilitation: Plan organize, and facilitate webinars (content development, set up and follow‑up) designed to engage clients, enhance their product knowledge, and drive increased platform adoption.
- New Client Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from initial sign‑up through to full platform activation.
- Subject Matter Expert: Create and/or coordinate the necessary materials to facilitate data buys for both advertising agencies and direct clients. This includes presentations, case studies, and technical specifications.
- Issue Escalation & Resolution: Act as a primary point of escalation for all client‑ and sales‑related challenges, while proactively working to resolve issues, implement preventative measures to avoid future occurrences, and contribute to long‑term improvements.
- Salesforce Data Management: Maintain Salesforce records, including merging accounts as needed, to ensure the highest level of data accuracy and consistency.
- Promotional Advertising Management: Manage and configure promotional advertising initiatives directly on the MAX platform.
- Seasonal Marketing Plans & Collaboration: In coordination with Revenue Operations, develop and execute seasonal marketing plans specifically tailored to the needs of Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients.
- Creative Review & Upload: Review and upload creative assets to ensure that advertising campaigns launch on time and deliver expected results, ensuring all visual and text elements meet standards and are integrated into the platform for optimal campaign performance.
- Data Analysis, Insights, and Actionable Recommendations: Conduct in‑depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Analyze user interactions with creative content and/or client websites in conjunction with CBC or Radio Canada’s audience data.
- Other: Propose and recommend new data products and segments for sale, based on market demand, internal data capabilities, and competitive landscape analysis.
Knowledge
- A post‑secondary degree with preference in e‑commerce, business intelligence, or marketing strongly preferred, demonstrating a foundational understanding of relevant digital disciplines.
- At least three (3) years of extensive experience within a media or agency environment, coupled with a profound understanding of digital platforms and the broader advertising industry landscape.
- Strong knowledge of Data Management Platforms, robust understanding of Programmatic Technology, and proficiency in Google Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager).
- A solid understanding of legal issues surrounding data privacy and security, particularly in relation to regulations such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively and present information (both verbally and in written form) with diverse audiences, including clients, sales teams, and senior management.
- Bilingualism: Bilingualism (English and French) is considered a valuable asset.

- Demonstrate strong initiative, possess excellent attention to detail, exhibit a curious nature, and have exceptional problem‑solving abilities to navigate complex data challenges.
- The proven ability to effectively work towards a variety of deadlines, and to adeptly prioritize and balance several ongoing projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- An effective change agent with the capacity to envision and articulate multiple paths forward, adapting to evolving industry trends and business needs.
- Direct experience in the categorization of content for the purpose of creating precise and effective audience segments.
- Practical experience with various media buying platforms, a strong understanding of campaign reports, and proven ability to work effectively with large and complex data sets.
