We’re a small, friendly accounting, bookkeeping, and tax prep office looking for an Office & Data Entry Assistant to join our team! If you’re organized, reliable, and ready to help out, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Entering and organizing client data (keeping everything neat and accurate!)
- Helping with filing, organizing documents, and keeping things in order
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks
- Communicating with clients and the team (you’ll be an important part of the process!)
- Jumping in to help with various office tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For :
Strong attention to detail and proficient in EnglishComfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and general office toolsA friendly, professional attitude (you’ll be talking to clients, so we want someone who’s easy to work with!)Previous office experience is a plus, but if you’re eager to learn, we’re happy to trainIf you are a motivated and dedicated professional looking for a new opportunity, we’d love to hear from you!
