We Are Looking For Someone Who :
- Holds a diploma in Robotics / Automation with strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Has 3 to 5 years of experience in an automotive manufacturing environment, including preventive maintenance, continuous improvement (Kaizen), and breakdown support
- Is able to work rotating day and afternoon shifts on a two-week rotation
- Is available and willing to work mandatory maintenance overtime shifts to support production requirements
- Maintains a strong attendance record and consistently arrives to work on time
- Demonstrates strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Possesses strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Has a desire to learn skills beyond their primary area of expertise
- Has a good understanding of the Toyota Production System (considered an asset)

Support manufacturing processes, including injection molding, robotics, frame welding, seat assembly, IR ovens, presses, and door panel assemblyTroubleshoot PLC controls, robot programming, injection molding, extrusion systems, hydraulic presses, and automated equipmentExperience working with Allen-Bradley and Mitsubishi systemsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and machine specificationsRecommend technical solutions and implement process improvementsPerform preventive maintenance activitiesCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersParticipate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiativesPerform other duties as assignedShifts :
Rotational shift basis (2-week rotation)Day Shift : 6 : 15 a.m. to 4 : 45 p.m.
Afternoon Shift : 5 : 30 p.m. to 4 : 00 a.m.Shifts in the Maintenance department are approximately 10 hours in lengthOvertime requirements and shift end times may vary based on business needsWages :
