Your Responsibilities : Prospect & Connect with Potential Clients – Identify and engage with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs. Educate & Advise – Present and explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options to help clients make informed decisions. Customize Insurance Plans – Tailor solutions to match each client’s financial goals and protection needs. Close Sales & Build Long-Term Relationships – Guide clients through the purchasing process, ensuring they feel confident in their choices. Provide Ongoing Support & Customer Service – Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any future needs. Work Independently & Collaboratively – Manage your own schedule while benefiting from team support, mentorship, and professional development Job Requirements : Bachelor's degree or High school Diploma equivalent. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
