A leading recruitment firm in Ontario is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave. This mid-senior level position is hands-on and involves supporting the full employee lifecycle, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience with HR best practices. Competitive compensation ranges from CA$65,000 to CA$75,000 annually.
