OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW
We are looking for experienced server, preferably in fine dining, dedicated to exceeding expectations of both our members and guests to ensure the highest level of service is consistently provided. Teamwork is the key to success in providing a warm and personable experience, the role is to provide excellent guest service with the support of the Food & Beverage team. The Server will have a strong desire to learn and develop within the hospitality industry. The Club looks for career focused professionals that are excited to experience all this industry has to offer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and build positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Understand and follow all service standards, Club policies, and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of assigned stations and work areas.
- Set up and break down stations and prepare for next service.
- Participate in team meetings and stay informed on events, menus, and promotions.
- Demonstrate full knowledge of food, beverage, dessert, wine, coffee, and tea menus.
- Confidently make menu suggestions and answer guest questions.
- Handle all payment procedures accurately.
- Follow health and safety procedures and all duties as assigned.
- Address guest concerns and provide feedback to management.
- Strive for excellence in service and attentiveness.
- Memorize menu features and be engaged during pre-shifts.
- Support guest satisfaction and review feedback with supervisors.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
One to three years of service experience in a fine dining establishmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrate superior customer service philosophyMust have Serving it Right certificationMust have FOODSAFE Level 1 certificationWill be required to maintain a flexible work scheduleAvailable Wednesdays-Fridays, shifts range from 3pm-11pm or 4pm-12amCOMPENSATION
Hourly wage $24-30 per hour
