Archives Warehouse Clerk

Archive warehouse clerks are wanted for a renowned warehouse specializing in document storage. This is an essential role for the logistics and compliance of the archiving service.

The Archive Warehouse Clerk is responsible for the physical and secure management of company documents. This role involves storing, locating, and retrieving archive boxes in the warehouse. The employee uses handling equipment to move materials while ensuring their traceability in the inventory system. They ensure that all security and confidentiality procedures are followed to protect sensitive customer information.

The other part of this role is scanning and digitizing documents. Must therefore be comfortable with computer-based tasks.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday : 6AM to 2.30PM
or
Monday to Friday: 2.30PM to 11PM


Salary: $17.60/hr.

Responsibilities
What the archive warehouse clerk will do:

- using an RF scanner in a warehouse
- collecting cartons of documents to be digitized
- significant data input and high rate of key strokes.
- loads sheets into one of various types of scanners for processing and returns sheets to the box in the same order as received (primarily a seated task but feeding scanners may be while standing)
- carrying boxes of documents weighing 40 - 50 lbs


Qualifications
To excel as an archive warehouse clerk you must be:

- comfort lifting boxes of documents weighing 50 lbs
- detail oriented
- must be able to operate, clean, and troubleshoot scanners
- computer skills are an asset for this position
