IT coordinator - Role - IOC

Our client, a leading organization in the Information Systems and Technology sector, is seeking an IS&T Site Coordinator to join their team. As an IS&T Site Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations team supporting various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: IS&T Site Coordinator

Location: Based in Saguenay, QC, Sept-Iles QC, Kitimat, BC (Remote options available)

Pay Range: $29 - $35/hr

What's the Job?

• Coordinate and oversee tickets and escalations for customers located in plant operations.
• Deliver end-to-end visibility of IS&T Services from an operational perspective.
• Collaborate with other IS&T teams for incident resolution or project delivery.
• Gather IS&T service feedback from the site and work with IS&T Business Partners to address issues.
• Support the identification and mitigation of risks affecting IS&T assets at the sites.

What's Needed?

• A Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent.
• Experience working on an Operations team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Broad understanding of IT equipment and systems.
