about the team :

The People and Culture (P&C) team's mandate is to deliver an elevated employee experience. The Digital Innovation & Strategy team enables this by creating simple, scalable, and signature employee journeys. The Manager, Digital Project Delivery's purpose is to ensure that programs and projects requiring digital enablement are set up for success and executed on time, on schedule, and on budget. These global initiatives are highly complex bodies of work managing cross-functional stakeholders within P&C and globally. They will be accountable for regular reporting and held as the SME in program, project, and change management functions. This role will be developing and performance-managing the program, change, and project management teams.

a day in the life :

  • Program & project intake and delivery for complex, globally-reaching, and high-impacting bodies of work. Establishment and maintenance of function, including defining governance frameworks, standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Budget, risk and vendor management. Stakeholder engagement, including expectation setting, strategy alignment, influence / persuasion, and relationship building.
  • Performance reporting and analysis + regular program / project reporting. Digital project / program road maps (12-18 months ahead).
  • Leading the three Communities of Practice for program, project, and change management to improve function efficiency and effectiveness. Developing and managing the program, project, and change management teams.

qualifications :

  • Must have PMP -Preferred : certifications in program and change management, agile delivery, HR / HRIS.
  • 5+ years of program, project, and change management experience working in Digital HR for high growth, global companies.
  • 3+ years managing program, project, and / or change managers.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, tech-enabled, transformational initiatives with employee experience outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing a budget / resources.
  • Deep understanding and application of waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge and application of organizational change.
  • Advanced ability to collaborate with and enroll stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage teams with competing priorities.
  • Strong leadership, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
