Salary Range: Commission - OTE $60,000 - 110,000/yearly

About The Current Open Role

Roy Foss Aurora Chrysler is hiring an experienced Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting and assisting clients, identifying their vehicle needs, and building long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups. This role manages the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry and test drives to negotiations, closing deals, and coordinating with finance and service teams for smooth delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Greet and assist customers, identify their vehicle needs, and build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service and regular follow-ups.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to delivery, including test drives, negotiations, and closing deals in alignment with dealership targets.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, including of competitor brands
  • Maintain contact with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and solicit referrals.
  • Work with finance and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and complete all sales documentation in accordance with dealership and regulatory standards.
  • Accurately update and manage customer interactions in the CRM system to track leads, schedule follow-ups, and ensure timely communication.
  • All other duties as deemed necessary by Sales Manager / General Manager

What You'll Bring

  • 1-3 Years in a sales background.
  • Positive Attitude & Work Ethic: Bring a winning mindset, strong hustle, self-motivation to deliver results daily & finding the best solutions so we can all win.
  • Customer Experience Focus: Go the extra mile with excellent listening and problem-solving skills to create an outstanding customer journey.
  • Team Player with People Skills: Work collaboratively with a professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and an engaging presence.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy, especially in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using technology; experience with 1-80 software is an asset.
  • Qualifications: Valid OMVIC certification, driver’s license, and clean driving record required
  • Previous GM experience nice to have, but not required
  • Professional demeanour and appearance.
  • Willingness to consistently go the extra mile to create an extraordinary customer experience
  • Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.
