Delaney’s Law Firm is looking for an office administrator to perform day to day tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate should be able to work both independently, and in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications & skills

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in either reception and / or bookkeeping.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Duties

  • Provide administrative assistance to the team
  • Reception services, including answering phones, greeting clients upon arrival, and scheduling meetings
  • Bookkeeping
  • Calendaring for 5 lawyers
  • Invoicing
  • File organization
  • Record keeping
  • Ordering office supplies as needed
  • Salary commensurate with skillsets and experience.
