Senior Designer – Shopper & Omni Campaigns

Position
Location: Toronto (hybrid). Team: Shopper/Omni. Employment: Full‑time. Seniority: Mid‑Senior level.
Opportunity
As a Senior Designer you turn shopper‑first ideas into polished in‑store and digital assets for Canada’s largest CPG brands. You collaborate with creative teams, lead mid‑scale brand projects, support large‑scale omni campaigns, and deliver tactical design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects from concept to production, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing a unique visual perspective.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, active environment.
- Deliver high‑quality work on time, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Present concepts and projects to internal teams and clients; storytelling and presentation skills are essential.
- Produce print‑ready POS files and digital assets efficiently; experience with production POS die‑line files is a plus.
- Apply shopper and POS knowledge to create in‑store assets that follow platform best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer focused on shopper/omni marketing.
- College or university diploma in Graphic or Communication Design (preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles across shopper marketing, omni campaigns, branding, and digital.
- Top‑tier execution of concepts with industry‑leading quality.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative approach to team work.
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and design acumen.
- Bonus: art direction, photo shoots, UI/UX experience.
- Proficient with Mac OS, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and Keynote or PowerPoint.
