Our WINNIPEG BRANCH has an exciting opportunity for a SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR to join our team!
What You Will Do :
- Greet customers promptly and address their inquiries
- Provide regular updates regarding work orders
- Process all work orders, purchase orders, warranty claims and updated customer files
- Communicate with the Service Manager, vendors and technicians to provide accurate customer information
- Process AR / AP payments related to the service shop
- Complete daily cash reports for the branch
- Other duties as assigned
What We Require :
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferredPrevious experience with handling cash transactions is preferredBasic understanding of service shop procedures and repair times is preferred but not requiredMust be able to meet the physical requirements : Occasionally required to lift and / or move up to 20 pounds from floor to waist, frequently sitting, standing, and walking inside the branchProficient with Microsoft Office and other standard office equipmentExcellent customer service skillsStrong communication skills, including both written and verbalTeam‑oriented, adaptable, with a commitment to safety excellenceAble to coordinate and organize multiple customer accounts and service calendarsComfortable with quickly managing multiple tasks, projects and deadlinesWhat We Offer :
