We are looking for a dynamic, competent and motivated person to fill an Administration and Accounting Support position. The ideal person must be autonomous, resourceful, dynamic and demonstrate good judgment.

They must be comfortable in the operation of computerized accounting systems, the effective management of priorities and be precise in data processing.

Responsibilities

The candidate will receive training on the companys products and will master all the steps to process customer orders in order to be able to perform the following tasks :

Accounting Support Receivables

  • Responsible for activities related to accounts receivable, for all company divisions;
  • Verification of purchase orders;
  • Invoice data entry;
  • Issue of invoices;
  • Telephone collection of overdue accounts.

Accounting Support Payables

  • Communication with suppliers and requests for quotes;
  • Management of logistics for exhibition, including communication with exhibition organizers and promotional material suppliers, negotiation of prices and purchase conditions;
  • Entering supplier orders, placing orders, tracking and receiving certain deliveries;
  • Reservation of plane tickets, hotels and car rental as needed.

Administrative support

  • Reception of telephone calls;
  • Visitors' reception;
  • Data input;
  • Filing of invoices and timesheets;
  • Provide assistance in the process of sending customer orders and logistics.

Qualifications

  • College diploma in accounting or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Perfectly bilingual in French and English (required);
  • Good quality of oral and written communication;
  • Knowledge of Accpac (Sage 300) (asset).
