THE OPPORTUNITY :

Tundra is excited to announce an opportunity for an Instrumentation Technician , based out of the Estevan, SK office.

REPORTS TO

Instrumentation Coordinator

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Monitoring, benchmarking and evaluating technology and field instruments to ensure proper operation, continuous improvements and reliability.
• Coordinating and effecting the monitoring, installation, service, and reconditioning of a variety of equipment, instruments, and control systems.
• Performing repairs, installations, and any work required to set up, align or otherwise prepare for operation.
• Performing operational checks, monitoring performance, troubleshoot and related maintenance to identify and diagnose process and equipment issues.
• Optimizing performance of equipment by monitoring the effectiveness and making corrective recommendations regarding instrumentation and electronic performance problems
• Coordinate and oversee field activities / installations being performed by other contractors.
• Participate in upgrades of existing facilities (e.g. injection / disposal well conversions, battery improvements, etc.).
• Other related duties as required.
