Commercial Producer

Our client in Mississauga is hiring a Commercial Broker / Producer who is a sales-oriented and outgoing individual. You work well with others, easily build rapport with the clients and have a can do attitude.

If you have entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for sales they provide a flexible working schedule to manage your own clientele business.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business sales through existing networks, centers of influence and given leads.
• Able to identify and solve our clients changing insurance demands.
• Review quotes and recommend coverage based on individual needs.
• Flexibility to work from office or home.
• Willingness to learn commercial insurance.

Qualifications:

• Multitask and generate leads from various sources

• Customer focused

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Commercial Broke / Producer
• License or Certification: RIBO License

Compensation:

• They offer either a base salary + commission or commission only
