About the Opportunity

• Lead system design and architecture decisions to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

Mentor engineers to strengthen technical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and overall team performance.

Advocate for and implement development standards, security practices, and best-in-class methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality software delivery.

Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives, fostering innovation and strategic growth.

Share knowledge and encourage cross-team collaboration to strengthen engineering culture and contribute to organization-wide technical strategies.

Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to accelerate development capabilities, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.

Provide technical expertise in strategic discussions, influencing direction and ensuring informed decision-making.

Support organizational goals and initiatives by fulfilling additional responsibilities as required.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).

6–8 years of relevant experience in software development and technical leadership.

Proven ability to mentor engineers, improve team performance, and drive technical excellence.

Strong expertise in system architecture, design patterns, and cloud technologies.

Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software development workflows.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing technical direction across teams.

Demonstrated commitment to innovation, scalability, and continuous improvement in software delivery.

Pay Range

$87.58 - $97.58 / hr
