Subaru of Charlottetown is seeking a Service Video Advisor / Parts Clerk to join our team!

As a Service Video Advisor / Parts Clerk at Subaru of Charlottetown you will play a key role in supporting both our Service and Parts departments helping deliver a transparent engaging and customer-focused experience. This dynamic position blends customer communication technical awareness and parts support.

You will document vehicle inspections and repairs through short service videos keeping customers informed and confident in their service decisions while also assisting with the day-to-day operations of the parts department. This includes working closely with technicians customers and suppliers to ensure the right parts are available at the right time. If you are organized comfortable with technology enjoy working with people and like being at the center of a fast-paced dealership environment this role offers variety and growth.

Hourly Wage Range: $18.10 $22.05 per hour plus bonus

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ordering parts for clients needing vehicle repairs in an efficient and timely manner
• Receiving parts orders with accuracy and maintaining parts inventory count
• Communicating with the technicians and service department to ensure the job gets done
• Work with our suppliers to create mutually beneficial business relationships
• Capture andupload clear high-quality video documentation of repairs
• Clearly and professionally explain the technicians diagnosis and repair recommendations on video.

Requirements:

• Previous automotive experience would be considered an asset but not required
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner
• Fluency with Microsoft Office software
• A positive attitude eagerness to learn and excellent work ethic
• A valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Confident in explaining service processes on camera (voice only) with a keen eye for accuracy in video documentation
