In this position, you will be responsible for :
Maintaining court lists utilizing established scheduling practicesCollecting and compiling statistical reportsAttending court to set dates and monitor case flowProviding administrative servicesWhat you bring to the team

Demonstrated analytical skills to assess data and provide recommendationsProven ability to use effective organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet competing deadlinesCommunication and interpersonal skills

The ability to use tact and diplomacy effectively when liaising with stakeholders, including staff, professionals and the publicDemonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a teamTechnical knowledge and skills :
You possess knowledge of the functions and rules of the Superior or Ontario Court of Justice, relevant legislation and legal terminologyYou have experience with secretarial and office administrative practicesYou possess proficiency with computers and various software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation, e-mail, Internet and management information systemsDon’t meet every qualification?
