Job Description :

Position Purpose summary : The Kettle Coordinator ensures the smooth running of the Kettle Campaign maximizing donations and coordination staffing (employees & volunteers).

KEY Accountabilities :

• Maintains a high level of confidentiality
• May assist with the recruitment of Kettle Workers (employees and Volunteers) assisting with orientation performance management discipline and payroll processing
• Coordinates schedule for kettle volunteers and responds to emergency absences
• Fosters and maintains positive working relationships with kettle sites addressing conflicts / issues as they arise
• Networks and refers to The Salvation Army government and community social service providers to coordinate resources for the benefit of the program when necessary.
• Treat all people with respect and dignity at all times.
• May Delivers and pick up kettles to / from sites daily ensuring the security of donations
• Hosts at kettle as required to ensure necessary coverage for breaks etc.
• Perform other position related duties as required.

Compensation :

The target hiring range for this position is $17.85 to $20.64 with a maximum of $24.77.

Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions internal equity and candidate experience skills and qualifications relevant to the role.
