On behalf of our Marketing client, Procom is searching for a Marketing Technology & Automation Specialist for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Cambridge, ON office.

Job Description :

Our client is expanding its Marketing Team and is seeking a Marketing Technology & Automation Specialist to enhance their digital marketing efforts. This role focuses on managing and optimizing HubSpot to drive engagement, lead nurturing, and conversion through effective marketing automation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot configuration and daily operations, including forms, lists, workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Design, build, and maintain high-converting landing pages and web assets using HubSpot’s CMS.
• Manage segmentation, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and user journeys to support demand generation and customer engagement.
• Design and deploy responsive email templates and nurture campaigns in HubSpot.
• Develop automated customer journeys, triggered emails, and lead nurturing workflows.
• Partner with the marketing team to implement campaign workflows end-to-end.
• Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards to track campaign performance and ROI.
