Receptionist / Admin Assistant
About the Role :
We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and organized team member. You will be the primary point of contact for all incoming calls, suppliers, and visitors, while supporting both the administrative and scheduling departments.
Key Responsibilities :
Answer all incoming phone calls.
Greet visitors and suppliers with exceptional customer service.
Book and coordinate service calls.
Perform general administrative duties including filing, collecting, data entry, reporting and other miscellaneous tasks.
Provide day-to-day support for the office and the office organization.
Customer follow-up correspondence.
What We're Looking For :
Minimum 1 year of administrative / customer service experience.
Outstanding personality with a friendly and people-first attitude.
Ability to solve problems and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, written and oral, in English and the ability to multitask.
