As a Member Services Support Unpaid Co‑op

You will be joining a team of highly engaged financial service professionals who are dedicated to providing an exceptional Member Experience! In this role, we will rely on you to provide compassionate service, while positioning Meridian’s products and services to add value to our Members’ financial wellbeing.

Join us! This role is in office at 4061 Thickson Rd N, Whitby, ON L1R 2X3.

Member Experience

• Provide a superior Member experience through the identification and promotion of products and services and where appropriate, and provide qualified referrals based on identified needs.
• Demonstrate perseverance in difficult situations by showcasing understanding to Members’ perspectives, and creating action plans to resolve their concerns if they arise.
• Ensure proper due diligence by posting all transactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality to respect Members’ privacy.
• Participate in branch activities in support of expanding the Member relationship and growing our Digital Ambassador Program.
