Whether at residential retail commercial institutional or hospitality environments ATSI is well-suited to assist clients with their telecom installation needs.Reporting directly to the Manager Control Centre the Team Lead Control Centre will be responsible for supporting the control center team in all functions.
What Youll Do Here
Support daytoday Control Centre operations to ensure work is completed accurately and on timeAct as a goto resource for Resource Associates by answering questions and helping resolve issuesHelp train and support team members to ensure they understand their roles and expectationsAssist with organizing documentation and keeping procedures up to dateCommunicate challenges updates and progress to the Manager Control CentreHelp implement new processes by documenting training and supporting the team through changeWork closely with employees and contractors to ensure smooth collaborationProvide mentorship guidance and encouragement to help the team perform at their bestStep in to support Resource Associates when neededParticipate in planning discussions and contribute ideas for improving processes and performanceWhat you Bring to the Team
