Senior MS Dynamics Architect to assess, design and make improvements to the organization's CRM

Our valued customer is seeking a Senior MS Dynamics Architect to assess, design and make improvements to the organization's CRM

An initial 4-month contract, with possible extension. % remote.

Responsibilities :

• Assess our existing CRM build and make recommendations for improvements
• Provide strategic advise on CRM changes and help team with best practices
• Develop plans and vision of future state
• Work with business areas on CRM change requests and general support
• Review and update CRM documentation
• Assess Customer Portal development and make recommendations for improvement
• Review security and process for external users to access Customer Portal (future, not in place currently)
• Work with team on other automation opportunities (using M platform)
• Assess work effort for integration opportunities (i.e. Hubspot to CRM)
• Help to train and orient new staff on CRM and Customer Portal
