Job Description

We're seeking Sr. HRBP referrals for our client, a global engineering and sustainability firm. They are focused on innovative and sustainable solutions, while also valuing collaboration, development, and diversity & inclusion.

This temporary (13-month) contract provides strategic HR support across multiple locations. You'll partner with business leaders to align HR with business goals. Responsibilities span talent management, performance management, employee relations, and learning & development.

Our client is looking for an experienced HRBP with extensive experience consulting and advising senior leadership, applying Canadian best practices, and supporting Canadian HR operations. Ideal candidates may also have experience working within small- to mid-sized engineering, consulting, or architecture environments.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage talent & performance (planning, development, coaching)
  • Lead & develop an HR team
  • Partner on learning & development initiatives
  • Analyze & plan for future workforce needs
  • Partner on organizational development & strategy
  • Manage employee relations & compliance

Qualifications :

  • 10+ years HR experience, 5+ in HR Business Partner role
  • Translate business needs into actionable HR programs
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence
  • Manage and coach HR professionals
  • Build trust & relationships across the organization
  • Proven problem-solving & ability to handle ambiguity
