What will be your impact?
Understand the divisional operations and how they drive the financial results
Prepare revenue recognition schedules and related journal entries for software implementation contracts using the percent complete method
Provide support to the divisional VP’s as needed
Prepare information requests and responding to questions during quarterly reviews and the annual audit
Assist in ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timely completion of the monthly financial statements.
Review and analyze monthly results and assist in preparation of reporting to senior management
Manage group Account Receivable team
Interact with internal and external auditors
Assist with forecasting of net revenues and operating expenses
Assist in the management of divisional work-in-process and accounts receivable including oversight of the collections process
Ensure that established control procedures are in place and identify control risks
Assist in due diligence and integrating new acquisitions into the finance group
Special projects & ad hoc reporting as required.

Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or accounting
Completion of a professional accounting designation program
Experience with Great Plains
Project accounting
3+ years of work experience in an accounting or finance environment.
