Child and Youth Care Workers play an integral role in providing a safe and stable home environment for children and youth in residential care. As an influential role model, you build effective relationships with children and youth through a trauma‑informed lens.

We are looking for individuals who possess :

• Child and Youth Care certification; a degree and diploma are preferred.
• Experience working with children and youth from trauma or with complex needs (considered an asset).
• A driver’s licence, Record of Conduct, Vulnerable Sector Check, First Aid Certificate, and CSSD Record Check.
