Automotive Technician – $32.00 p/h Benefits – 375 Ecclestone Dr, Bracebridge, ON P1L 1T6

The Role

We are looking for a talented candidate that brings a positive attitude looking to build a long career within the automotive industry. We have state-of-the-art service facilities and use the latest diagnostics to maintain and repair.

This is a full-time position of 40-44 hours per week. A benefits package is available.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of an Automotive Technician include, but are not limited to:

• Inspect motor in operation, road test motor vehicles and test automotive systems and components.
• Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems.
• Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications.
• Perform scheduled maintenance service.
• Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor.

The Person

The key skills and qualities of an Automotive Technician are:

• Other trades certificate/ diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills written and verbal.
• Highly organised, and be thorough with great attention to detail
• 3105 Automotive licence is required.
